Texas Mobile Home Trade is the trade-in team at Cavco Home Center of Burleson. We help North Texas homeowners understand what their current home is worth and move into a better one without juggling a buyer, a mover, and a dealer.
Our lot
One lot. One team. One clear process.
We are located at 200 S Burleson Blvd, on the I-35W corridor south of Fort Worth. Our team works with homeowners across North Texas who are ready for a newer manufactured home but do not want the hassle of selling privately, arranging removal, and coordinating a separate purchase.
The model is straightforward: evaluate the current home, explain the value as credit, show you homes that fit your budget and property, and coordinate the old-home removal, new-home delivery, permits, and setup. We are a licensed Texas retailer (RBI#32744) and handle the TDHCA title paperwork as part of the process.
We are not a lead broker or a middleman. When you call, you reach our Burleson team. When you visit, you walk the lot. When you are ready, the same team stays with the file through delivery and setup.

Walk through new Cavco single-wide and double-wide display homes, compare layouts and finishes, and ask questions about trade-in, delivery, and financing. Hours are Monday through Saturday, 8am to 6pm; Sunday by appointment.
