The site provides general information about manufactured homes, trade-ins, financing, and related services. It is not an offer to sell a home, a financing commitment, or legal, tax, or financial advice. All transactions are subject to a separate written agreement.

Inventory, pricing, and availability

Home descriptions, specifications, photos, prices, and availability are believed to be accurate when posted but can change without notice. Display homes may be sold or replaced. Square footage, features, and options should be verified with our team before purchase. “Call for pricing” means the price is not published and must be confirmed.

Financing

Financing is provided by third-party lenders. We are not a lender and do not make credit decisions. Eligibility, rates, fees, and terms vary and are subject to approval. Any guidance we provide is general information, not a loan commitment.

Trade-in appraisals

A trade-in appraisal is a no-obligation valuation conversation. It is not a guarantee of a final offer. The final value and terms depend on the home, title, property, market conditions, and a written agreement. Removal, delivery, permits, and setup are subject to property-specific requirements.

Licensing

Texas Mobile Home Trade is a licensed Texas retailer, RBI#32744, regulated by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA).

Website use

You may use the site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit false information, scrape data at scale, or use the site to violate any law. We may restrict access for misuse.

Intellectual property

The site's text, design, logos, and original images are owned by or licensed to Texas Mobile Home Trade and may not be copied or reused without permission. Manufacturer names and logos are the property of their respective owners.

Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites, including Google Maps, Cavco, lenders, and review platforms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Disclaimers and limitation

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute should be brought in the appropriate state or federal court serving Johnson County, Texas.
